*A Principal Member is a practicing architect, sole proprietor, or partner of a firm. If you maintain your firm, but contract work for another firm, you are still a Principal. Professors who accept architectural work are Principal Architects.

A Non Principal Member is an employee of someone else's firm.

New members on or after April 1, 2020 pay only 75% of the total 2020 dues amount.

  • New members on or after July 1, 2020 pay only 50% of the total 2020 dues amount.

  • New members on or after October 1, 2020 pay 100% of the total dues for the following year. However, they receive 15 months of membership for the price of 12.
